Ignite your 'Agni' (digestive fire) with 90 mins of Vigorous Vinyasa. Warm up all your muscles and enjoy the mental clarity which comes from intense effort and concentration as you move through a huge variety of poses.

Yoga is an Inside Job!

Take the awareness deeper into the body as we move through a practice covering a few poses and the seed sound mantra for each chakra and learn how to use chakra awareness to deal with some of our individual issues.

This can help us to do the work necessary to clear out the judgement and negative patterns raging inside us. Only then do they stop interfering with our relationships. We need to find a place of tolerance, connection and peace within ourselves in order to share it with others.

Practicing a chakra awareness class empowers us to tap into yoga's greatest transformational power.

We'll conclude with a mindful slow flow vinyasa to get the energy moving in the physical body again. So we can then go out and embrace the day in a heightened state of awareness and Joy!!
